We serve a balanced mix of exquisite Euro-Asian cuisine including a myriad of Sushi variations, from saddle of lamb with star anise and bay leaves to chocolate fondant with pistachio filling. For our carefully coordinated taste creations, we use market-fresh fruits and vegetables, natural meats produced from animal friendly husbandry and natural Swiss free range poultry. We obtain our fish and seafood products fresh daily from our committed dealer who employs sustainable fishing practices. To give our dishes a unique and distinctive note, we produce our own products in-house, some of which are also available for purchase.
