In the generously designed architecture of NOOHN, you can discover the different worlds of Japanese culture combined with dishes of Euro-Asian fusion cuisine. The products for our exclusive dishes are supplied by selected traders who, like us, attach great importance to the environment and species-appropriate husbandry. In order to give our dishes an unmistakable touch, we produce our own products. We are proud to use fresh and high-quality ingredients.
